GSJ West is a Satellite location of Grand Strand Juniors Volleyball Club and has the benefit of being connected to the larger club. This includes access to coaching and additional training. GSJ also has several in-house events bringing the entire GSJ family together like our GSJ Day on Dec. 9th this year. 

We offer three levels of teams at GSJ West, Power, Regional and Development. Power teams will compete at a higher level and for a longer season, Power season runs from December - June. Regional teams compete a local tournaments in the Carolinas, the season runs from December - April. Development teams are focused on practices and teaching volleyball skills, they will practice from December-March and have one tournament at the end of the season.

Development league will begin on Wednesday, December 3rd in the Florence gym. We will have 2 weeks of practice in December and then start back on January 5th after the holidays. Development league will practice on Monday evenings (5:00-6:30 for 12 and under, 6:30-8:00 for 13 and over) and Wednesday evenings(5:00-7:00 for all ages).

Development League $250 - Our D-League program will start in Florence the first week of December(Exact Date TBD), at our new facility located at 680 W Darlington St., Florence . No tryout is required. Simply come on the first day with the required forms.  This will allow you the chance to greatly improve your skills before taking on the full commitment to travel volleyball. You will practice twice a week at a location nearest to you. Locations are Myrtle Beach, Conway, and Florence. League will start in Early December (Exact Date TBD) and last until the end of March. Opportunities to play on a travel team after league ends will be available. Please print, complete,  and bring "Required Forms"  to your next practice.

Regional Travel $1,000 (Ages 12-17) - GSJ will offer Regional Travel teams for the Florence area for ages 12 to 17. Teams will play 8-10 Tournaments and start practice in November. Season last until April.
